In the words of Zig Ziglar "People often say that motivation doesn't last. Well, neither does bathing, that's why we recommend it daily". I stumbled upon something amazing. Daily, Weekly or Monthly affirmations. Whats is an affirmation? an affirmation is a declaration of truth. Instead of fear, what are some positive things you can affirm? is it love? accomplishing a goal? paying a late bill? getting good grades in school? Well, whatever you desire, its never too late to knock fear out the ring and accept all good the universe has to offer in abundance. For starters i think everyone should create an affirmation journal rather it be physical or mental.
