First of all, I would like to say thank you to each of you for taking the precious time out of your day to come together for this call. It means alot to me and i am extremely humble to have these connections. I pray that the information and ideas provided in the call were invaluable and something you all can use and think about for future references. Here's a recap of some of what we discussed tonight:
Wealth and Why It's Essential:
- There's nothing you can do without wealth i.e. i had to pay $ for this computer, $ to have internet, $ to have electricity to use the pc and internet, $ to pay the rent so that i can have all of the things mentioned previously.
- It's our birth right. We are all entitled to wealth, abundance, happiness and health.
- To enable future generations to be self sufficient as well as end the disease of generational poverty. To ensure that our children and their children a life of freedom and the resources to be able to have and maintain institutions of education, finance etc
Two Main Types of Income:
- Earned Income: Earned income is the primary source of income for most people today. Any type of job that pays an hourly wage, pays earned income. Client to client and customer to customer can is also a formed of "Earned Income". Being dependent on your earned income is a great way to set yourself up for failure in the long run.
- Passive Income: These payments usually come monthly, and require little or no work for you to receive them. Some types of assets that produce passive income are rental properties, dividend stocks, ad publishing via blogs, magazines web/print publications, royalties (books, music etc) and multi level marketing (5LINX, Mary Kay, Avon etc)
What Type Of Income Should you Have?
- According to Forbes Magazine "rich" is grossing $1 million in passive income. Passive income is the preferred income for every wealthy individual. Passive Income is infinite FREEDOM Passive Income is money and assets working for you instead of you working hard for income and assets. If you want to be wealthy you need multiple streams of passive income.
Where Should you Start?
- Your first step should be setting the intention on building wealth, wake up knowing that one day you will have amassed infinite wealth and happiness for yourselves and your loved ones. Your second step should be finding a network of like minded individuals, sustaining and building upon those connections. A wise man once said "The richest people in the world look for and build networks. Everyone else looks for work." It's not about what you know, Its about WHO you know that will provide the foundation, support and cultivation to take you, your venture or enterprise to its highest level.
